Compensation & Benefits Information
· Rate of pay: $19.22 per hour as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement

· Percent in lieu and vacation percent pay up to 18%, as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Summer Student will be responsible to complete grounds keeping duties that may include: mowing lawns utilizing riding & push mowers, trimming and edging around shrubs, flowers, sidewalks and buildings, weeding, thinning flower beds, sweeping walkways, remove unsightly trash and debris and other duties that may require additional power tools and equipment.
Additional duties may also include painting of walls, trim, replacement of various types of bulbs, lifting & carrying.
Requirements:
· College or University student in a related course of study preferred, mature high school students entering the health care field may be considered
· Excellent time management and organizing skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well in a fast paced environment
· Able to carefully follow direction, process and procedure
· Other duties as assigned
