DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Overview
The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

·         Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.

·         Coordinate work schedules, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

·         Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with timelines and quality standards.

·         Enforce site safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings.

·         Review plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure work is performed accurately.

·         Identify and address issues or delays that may affect project delivery.

·         Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.

·         Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

·         Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.

Experience

·         Previous experience supervising teams on construction sites is essential.

·         Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

·         Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

·         Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Language: English Proficient (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
