Job duties and responsibilities:

• The Plant Labourer is a member of the Production Team and reports to the Plant supervisor;
• To carry out the plan for, production and storage of manufactured products to ensure that goods are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and to standard;
• Create and maintain effective relevant liaisons and collaboration with other colleagues and managers across other departments, locations and functions;
• As well as any other suitable task assigned by management.

Requirements for the Job:

• Valid "G" driver's license;
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques (asset);
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Good health and physical condition;
• Must be able to work effectively both on an individual basis as well as part of a team;
• Must successfully complete a criminal record check;
• Understand company policies and procedures.
