Job duties and responsibilities:
- The Plant Labourer is a member of the Production Team and reports to the Plant supervisor;
- To carry out the plan for, production and storage of manufactured products to ensure that goods are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and to standard;
- Create and maintain effective relevant liaisons and collaboration with other colleagues and managers across other departments, locations and functions;
- As well as any other suitable task assigned by management.
Requirements for the Job:
- Valid "G" driver's license;
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques (asset);
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Good health and physical condition;
- Must be able to work effectively both on an individual basis as well as part of a team;
- Must successfully complete a criminal record check;
- Understand company policies and procedures.
