AZ TRUCK DRIVER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a reliable and safety-conscious AZ/DZ Truck Driver to transport goods and materials
efficiently while complying with all transportation regulations, with over 3+ years’ experience. The
successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle inspections, safe operation of commercial
vehicles, timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Driver will drive trucks and trailers
to haul aggregates and/or float equipment in a safe and efficient manner to designated company
locations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transport goods, materials, or equipment to customer locations and job sites.
• Conduct pre-trips, in-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and delivered without damage.
• Maintain driver logs, delivery records, and required transportation documents.
• Comply with all provincial and federal transportation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or maintenance requirements.
• Always follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with loading , unloading, and other related duties as required.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles in various weather and road conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with flatbeds, dump trucks, live-boom trailers, or tractor-trailers is considered an
asset.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of three years’ experience with the ability to operate manual trucks
• Clean Drivers Abstract and Insurance Abstract
